LAS VEGAS— WellHealth Medical Group announced that Patricia Ann Harding, MD, FACOG has joined the WellHealth Women’s Specialty Care division, bringing her many years of experience in women’s health to the Las Vegas Valley.

Dr. Harding was born in The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and moved to Brooklyn, New York in her teens. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Medgar Evers College – CUNY, graduating with honors.

Following her undergraduate degree, she went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-New Jersey Medical School. For her internship and residency, she returned to her hometown of Brooklyn and completed both in obstetrics and gynecology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and Kings County Hospital Center.

Dr. Harding is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Harding has been a chairman of the OB/GYN department at two separate institutions and served as the clinical professor at several medical schools across the United States.

Prior to joining WellHealth, Dr. Harding practiced in Florida for more than 23 years. She specializes in high-risk pregnancies and has a passion for helping mothers feel comfortable throughout a high-risk pregnancy. While in Florida, she managed a high-risk pregnancy center in Palm Beach County, called Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Center (RPICC), working alongside two of the top maternal fetal medicine specialists in Palm Beach County for 10 years.

Dr. Harding is a proud mother of two. She believes in putting the patient’s safety first and thinks that when a patient plays an active role in her care it results in an individualized experience.
